Tips for a Healthy Hair

A healthy hair is the dream of every woman. Who does not like having a hair soft shiny and manageable.

Here are some tips

You must cut the tips of the hair every two or three months to remove split ends or battered.

Use a treatment at least once a month. There are many products on the market for this purpose, for example creams or masks then only have to rinse. There are many recipes with natural products that we make in our home.

Do not use rubber leagues, many do not use metal buckles because they tend to split the hair, using best leagues covered with cloth. (more…)
