Tips for a Healthy Hair
A healthy hair is the dream of every woman. Who does not like having a hair soft shiny and manageable.
Here are some tips
You must cut the tips of the hair every two or three months to remove split ends or battered.
Use a treatment at least once a month. There are many products on the market for this purpose, for example creams or masks then only have to rinse. There are many recipes with natural products that we make in our home.

When you comb your hair do not combs from the head to the tips but the tips upward. So best to untangle the hair and to avoid some brushing damage.
Do not make many permanent or smoothed because it weakens the hair. If you use the drye, use it at a minimum distance of 30 cm and average power.
If you encounter hair yourself, try to always buy high quality products with a low percentage of peroxide. Best go to a salon to get it dyed because they use higher quality ingredients products or even natural and you will see better results.
If you use spray and gel products to be sure that this products has no alcohol because alcohol tends to burn the hair. Best used for those containing natural ingredients.
If you go to the pool or the beach before get wet hair with fresh water, this avoid absorbing too much water or salt water with chlorine.
On the beach or for outdoor activities, try using a cap or hat to protect your hair from the sun. Exposure to the sun can burn your hair.
