Facial massage for a soothing effect.
Prepare a mixture of four drops of lavender and two drops of ylang-ylang with a light oil such as sweet almond, grapeseed or coconut.
Run a test on the skin of the hand before applying to the face. Give you a skin massagein a circle motion. Then rinse with plenty of water.
