1. Avoid wearing too much

Makeup is meant to enhance features not bring negative attention to you. That’s what wearing too much makeup will do; it will bring you unwanted attention. Don’t wear too much of anything such as:

i) Eyeliner: dark, thick eyeliner will make you look overdone and will ruin the rest of your makeup.

ii) Mascara: too much mascara looks fake and will flake. It looks especially bad if worn with thick eyeliner or dark blue eye eye shadow.

iii) Foundation: Make sure your foundation is the same color as your skin. Foundation is meant to protect and give the face a smooth look. The magic word is blend. (more…)

The lips are an important part of the face of every woman, they transmit femininity and sensuality. The Lipstick is a basic tool that every woman should have, so it should have certain characteristics that help to highlight the lips and care:

Slide easily.
Must be nice to smell.
Its color has to be unalterable and resistant to light.
The surface of the bar should be bright, uniform and bright.
The film left on the lips must be uniform and adherent, never greasy or thick.

Your skin tone determines the colors that are better for you.
The colors of makeup should complement your skin tone.
People with darker skin or with a yellowish hue (like olive) fit well in cool colors like deep wine color.

Light skin tone and tendency to pink skin tones fit well as clear and warm shades of yellow, orange and pastels.

To prevent problems you should see the color in natural light.
There are all shades of red if your skin tends to pink used a light red to orange. If your skin tone is dark use a dark red.

Another important aspect is the fashion. To be fashionable you don’t have expend a fortune at least in makeup. Look at magazines and television shows, noted the colors of lips that actresses and models being used, also examines whether the lips are shiny or matte. Note the contrast with the lips and cheeks, eye shadow.
