Peeling | The Tila's Girls

The other day I knew what a good body peeling is. I had already done one or two peel but with a Shower Gel, but this time I used one with sea salt, marine extracts and natural oils like almond and wheat. The whole experience was wonderful and you can not compare with the Shower Gel peelings.

Those who have used the shower gel exofiladores know that almost does not come with enough grains but with a exofliador where you can actually feel the salt on your hands is a different experience.

This was the way I did it: First I took a good bath with hot warm water. Then in the wet skin I applied the product and I massage in a circular movements . After I applied all the exoliador and wait a few minutes I rinse with lukewarm water.

The result? Wonderful, bright and soft skin as baby! is recommended 1 to 2 times a week a good peeling like this. Where you get this peeling? Well I use the exoliador called Geomar made in Italy. As I live in Germany I buy it at a store called Müller. For those who do not live here can get similar products at The Body Shop store or beauty specialty stores.

So go ahead and give yourself a good exfoliation, your body deserves it!
